Vicky Pitner, CTRS, CDP, CMDCP has been working with children and adults with communication and behavioral challenges, in clinical and community settings for over 40 years. She specializes in supporting those who have difficulty engaging and connecting with others, including children and adults with autism, brain injuries, and adults living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. She is a holistic therapist, trainer, teacher, facilitator, speaker, manager and consultant.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, she is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional an Eden Alternative Associate, HealthRhythm Drumming Facilitator, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Parent Educator, specializing in supporting those with communication challenges concerning behaviors that interfere with living a joyful life.
